Cancelling Your Order Before Dispatch:

Changed your mind about your recent purchase? Do not worry! You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch. You can request cancellation via e-mail. We will inform you if your order can be cancelled at that time. If the item has been dispatched, then you have the right to refuse delivery so it is returned at no cost to you.

Returns and Refunds:

• You are welcome to return the goods you purchased from us within 28 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition (i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original tags & labels intact).

• Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund bathroom and linens & bedding items once their package is opened. If these items are returned to us unopened, then you will be eligible for a refund (minus shipping costs).

• No returns will be accepted or processed without prior written authorization.

• To return an item, contact us via the chat window by choosing "I would like to return my purchase" OR send an e-mail to with your order details (e.g. customer name, order number, reason for return, a picture or pictures of the item showing its current condition). If/when your return request is found eligible, we will provide a  return label.

• The customer is responsible for delivery costs of return, except for the item being faulty or the incorrect item being received. All returned materials will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

• We are unable to reimburse postage costs incurred for returns, and postage costs will be deducted from your refund. However, for faulty items, the customer will be provided with a pre-paid returns label. Please do not return the item without confirmation from our returns department. Should you return at your expense you may not be refunded your returns postage.

You will receive your refund, in the original method of payment, within a week of our receipt of the return and verification of the condition of the products.
