Shipping policy
When you place an order, we will estimate your shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We ship within the United Kingdom. During checkout, you will be asked to enter your address details. If your country is not listed, this means we do not currently deliver to your region.
Orders from the United Kingdom:
Orders from the United Kingdom are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery may take 1–3 business days depending on the destination. The order cut-off time is 2 pm (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
- We provide free shipping for orders over £70 GBP
The shipping cost is £5 GBP for orders below £70 GBP
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in England - Delivery time 2-5 business days (Handling time 1-2 business days / Transit time 1-3 business days)
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding bank or public holidays. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holiday periods.
