CANCELLING YOUR ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH
Changed your mind? No problem! You have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Simply email us at info@leruum.com. If the item has already been dispatched, you may refuse the delivery, and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.
RETURN & REFUND TERMS
• You may return goods purchased from us within 28 days of receipt. Items must be in re-saleable condition: original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels intact.
• How it works: Once you notify us of your return, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. You simply need to print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your local Royal Mail office.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
• Hygiene Notice: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund bathroom items, linens, or bedding once the packaging has been opened. If these items are returned unopened and in their original seal, a full refund will be issued.
• Return Shipping Cost: For non-faulty returns, a flat-rate shipping fee of £5.00 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the cost of the return label provided.
• Faulty Items: If an item is faulty or incorrect, we provide the return label free of charge, and no deductions will be made from your refund.
• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns.
